Diana Smart is a seasoned Finance and Strategy professional with over 12 years’ leadership experience in financial services, energy, telecommunications, and power industries across the world. She is a member of the International Academy of Financial Management. She played a key role in shaping Sahara Group, where she played a key role in shaping the corporate strategy of the newly acquired power business of the group and managed a business unit with over $100m annual revenues. She held executive management positions in Suburban FiberCo and Northstar Finance Services. She has been a member of the prestigious Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) since 2007, and is a Certified Risk Analyst with a Degree in Applied Accounting from Oxford Brookes University, England and an MBA from the University of Nicosia.
