He is an Advisory Board Member of Afrigreen Project, a Real Estate Investment and consultancy company that works to reduce the huge housing deficit that has challenged the demand for affordable housing across Nigeria. As an Advisory Board Member of Afrigreen Project, he helped broker the Integrated Home Ownership Solution (IHOS) that will provide one hundred thousand (100,000) decent and affordable mortgageable homes to officers and men of the Nigerian Police Force. He was also instrumental to the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding for the construction of One hundred thousand (100,000) housing units for the Army Post Service Housing Scheme.
Charles Nwakamma is also the Founder and Chairman of Octopus Assets Mgt. Company Ltd (Octopus), an African Assets Management and Venture Capital company with bias in Fintech, Transportation, Real estate, Finance, Digital assets acquisition and other developmental initiatives. Charles Nwakamma was the former Managing Director/CEO and now Chairman of Ideal Grace Construction Ltd, former Executive Director of Sterling Plaswall Development Ltd and former Group Project Manager of Site Services Technologies Nigeria Ltd.
A graduate of Federal University of Technology and Institute of Management and Technology, Charles Nwakanma is a member of various professional bodies like, Nigeria Society of Chemical Engineering (NSCHE), Enugu Chapter, Nigeria Society of System Science (NASS), Enugu Chapter, Member, Drug Free Life Association of NDLEA, Abuja Chapter, Member, Stewardship and Accountability Commission Africa, (SAC) and Member, Association of Evangelicals in Africa (AEA)
